ORDERING
How long does it take for my order to go through?
Every item is custom made by hand. Accessories and patches will be shipped within 14-30 days of order date. Custom vests and capes are made to suit each customer’s request. Due to this, please allow vest orders take 5-10 weeks to complete. Custom orders on average take about 8 weeks, but please note that this average time may lengthen during different times of the year. If you are needing your custom order soon, please contact before ordering as rush order spots are limited.
Why can’t I see the prices in my country’s currency?
As we are a Canadian shop, all of our pricing has to be in Canadian Dollars (CAD) due to tax purposes.
For an example, if you are in the USA and you are curious what the cost would be in American Dollars (USD), the google exchange rate calculator is great for geting an accurate equivalent price.
After you complete your purchase, depending on which method of payment you choose to use it will show the equivelent to your country’s currency differently. If Paypal was the method of payment, an email sent by paypal will show your purchase as well as what the equivalent to your currency is. If you did recieve this payment email by Paypal, by signing in your Paypal account, it will show the exhange rate in the transaction details. If the purchse was completed by using a credit card, on your card statement it will show you the equivalent to your country’s currency. Depending on which bank you are with, some banks will show the transaction purchase in your country’s currency in the mobile banking app on your phone.
How long do rush orders take?
Rush orders take 10 days within the day of payment. The rush order fee is 25% of the order, before shipping cost or any discounts. Please contact us if you would like this option. Rush order spots are limited.
There is a fabric that I would like, are you able to get it?
That is a possibility! Custom fabrics ordered in is typically an extra $5-$10 to bring in, depending on the availability and cost of the requested fabric.
I would like to customize my vest/ cape even more. Is this doable?
Yes! We love to do outside of the box vests/ cape ideas. It adds even more personalization. Please contact us, letting us know your ideas and we can help you out further from there.
What happens after I submit my custom order form?
When an order form is submitted, it would be on a waitlist. The orders from the waitlist will then be put up as listings on the website, in the order they were submitted. Each week, about 8-16 new custom order listings will be put up at a time. We go through the order forms by the date they were submitted. New listings will go up every Monday. Once as your listing is up, we will contact you by email, the one provided when filling out the order form. The email will include a link to the listing, which then can be purchased from there. Custom order listing only stay active for one week. After that, any unpaid listings will be deleted. If you were unable to pay the listing, a new order form will need to be submitted again.
There is no physical status sheet to see where you are on the waitlist. The order status sheet I have available to see, is only for paid orders.
Please know that the wait time on the wait list can vary, depending on how many order forms were submitted ahead of yours.
Do you offer a discount if multiple items are ordered in a order?
Yes! Depending on the item(s) you are liking multiple things of, will vary on the minimum quanity needed for the bulk order discount. You can read all about the details of Bulk Orders & Discounts here.
Please note that some bulk orders may take up to 2-3 weeks longer, due to the larger order size.
Can I have an update on my order?
