Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
It is important to me that you are happy with your order. If anything is wrong with your order and/ or you are unsatisfied, please let me know soon as possible.
Accessories (such as sleeves, patches, saddle bags, collars and leashes, etc) can be returned, no questions asked! Items such as custom designed patches and leash wraps do not qualify for returns. The return must be done within 21 days of the shipping date. The item must be in new, unused condition.
Ready To Ship or Pre-Made items, are all final sale.
Custom Vest, Harness & Cape Orders
I do accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of the shipping date. The item must be not wore and in new condition. With the exception of vest or capes that have a logo or name embroidered directly onto the vest or cape.
If there is a manufacture defect made by me, a vest/harness/cape exchange can be made. Sizing is not considered a defect.
For a defected custom vest/cape order to be exchanged, the defected item must be returned first. It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to ship back. I will not reimburse any shipping charges. After the defected item is back in my possession, the exchange can be made. I will personally pay for the shipping charge to ship the new vest/cape back to you.
If you are unhappy with your item and would like to exchange it, this item must be within the 21 day shipping date as well as have not been worn and is in new condition. The exchange procedure will follow the same as a defective vest/ harness/ cape exchange. Shipping back the remade item will be at the customer’s cost. This is an option on certain cases and will be decide on a case by case situation.
Please contact us to start this return or exchange proccess. Please note that once as the return or exchange is requested, the customer has 10 business days (2 weeks) from that date to ship the item back. Proof of shipment is required and can be sent to us via a tracking number or proof of shipment from the post office/courier service. If the return or exchange is not shipped within the timeline given, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
For any items being returned it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping charges. I will not reimburse any shipping charges. After the return is back in my possession a refund, store credit or exchange can be made.
The digital mock up fee is not eligible for a refund if this service has already been provided before a refund was requested.
Cancellations Of Custom Vest, Harness & Cape Orders
If for any reason, a custom vest or cape order can be canceled up to 72 hours after payment is made. If cancelling after the 72 hours, a cancellation fee of $15 will be taken from the refunded order. If your order is in a “Prepped” or “In Production” status, you order can not be cancelled. To check the status of your order, please see the order status sheet.
For an order that has been cancelled, that also includes the additional digital mock up option. If your order is cancelled before the digital mock up is made, you will receive the digital mock up service fee back with your order refund. For orders cancelled after the digital mock up was made and sent to you for detail confirmation, this additional digital mock up option will not be refundable. As a digital mock up is an additional service completed prior to the cancellation.
